On April 1st, our colleague began her postdoctoral internship at the Institute of Physics at the University of Munster in the group of Prof. Dr. Anika Schlenhoff.
This is a dynamically developing scientific group that studies the relationship between the structural, electronic, and optoelectronic properties of two-dimensional materials, in particular graphene, transition metal dichalcogenides, and their heterostructures. They apply scanning tunneling microscopy and spectroscopy in ultra-high vacuum conditions and cryogenic temperatures combined with novel in-house developed scanning probe methods.
The research conducted in Munster is complementary to the research conducted at UHV STM LAB, thanks to which we can continue the cooperation that started in 2023.
We wish you fruitful time!
