The third edition of the Microelectronics Symposium Thin film engineering for high-tech labscale and industry applications organized by Technolutions and the Institute of Physics of the Polish Academy of Sciences occurred between November 26-27, 2024. Traditionally, this event was intended to gather specialists in thin-film technologies from the scientific, academic, and industrial sectors.

This year we presented one topic:
