Thanks to the cooperation with the Department of Computational Physics of the PUT, the Institute of Microelectronics and Photonics of the Łukasiewicz Network, and the National Center for Nuclear Research, we were able to publish the results of joint research in the Applied Surface Science journal. We were the first to conduct radiation resistance tests of epitaxial graphene on silicon carbide, using the MARIA research nuclear reactor as a source of high-energy neutrons.
