Conference on Vacuum Technology is a cyclical event organized by the Łukasiewicz Research Network – Tele- and Radio Research Institute and the Institute of Micro- and Optoelectronics of the Warsaw University of Technology under the auspices of the Polish Vacuum Society. This year the conference was held on April 19-21 in Ryn in Masuria, it was the 12th edition of this event.

The thematic scope of the conference covers the main areas of scientific activity of the Polish Vacuum Society, i.e. the physico-chemical basis of vacuum, vacuum materials and measurement, generation or vacuum, applications of vacuum techniques and technologies.

Housing for the hall effect structure for use in extreme environments
